The first step: foundation treatment
The surface of the foundation should be roughened. Clean the foundation surface, and there should be no gravel, floating slurry, floating dust, oil stains, release agents and other debris. Hours before grouting, the foundation surface should be fully moistened, and stagnant water should be removed hours before grouting.
Step 2: Support and touch
Set up the template according to the grouting construction drawing. The joints between the formwork and the foundation, and between the formwork and the formwork are sealed with cement slurry, tape, etc. to ensure that the entire formwork is watertight.
The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled to the left and right to facilitate grouting construction.
The top elevation of the formwork should be higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.
If grouting occurs during grouting, it should be dealt with in time.
Step 3: Preparation of grouting material
Generally speaking, add water and stir according to the standard of 3- for the general reinforced type, and add water and stir according to the standard of - for the pisolite reinforced type.
It is recommended to use mechanical stirring method, and the stirring time is generally - minutes (hand-operated electric drill type stirrers are strictly prohibited). When using manual mixing, you should first add /3 of the water and mix for 1 minute, then add the remaining water and mix until uniform.
The amount of stirring each time should be determined according to the amount of use to ensure that the material is used up within minutes.
When used on site, it is strictly prohibited to mix any additives or external additives into the grouting material.
Step 4: Grouting construction method
For long equipment or track foundation, segmented construction should be used.

During secondary grouting, the following requirements should be met.
. When grouting for the second time, grouting should be carried out from multiple points on one side or adjacent two sides until it overflows from the other side to facilitate exhaust during the grouting process. Grouting shall not be carried out from all four sides at the same time.
. After grouting begins, it must be carried out continuously without interruption. And shorten the grouting time as much as possible.
.Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, the grouting booster can be used to push the grouting material along the bottom of the grouting layer. It is strictly prohibited to push from the middle or upper part of the grouting layer to ensure the homogeneity of the grouting layer.
. After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, a bevel should be cut outward along the edge of the equipment 3 hours after grouting (see the picture below) to prevent cracks at the end. If it is impossible to trim the edge, it should be done after grouting. After the last 3 hours, use a spatula to calender the surface of the grout layer.
. When the thickness of the grouting layer exceeds , pisolite-reinforced high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material should be used.
. When the equipment foundation grouting volume is large, mechanical stirring should be used to stir the pisolite-reinforced grouting material to ensure grouting construction.
Step 5: Maintenance
Immediately cover with a wet grass cover or rock wool quilt within 3 minutes after grouting is completed, and keep it moist.
During winter construction, maintenance measures should also comply with the relevant regulations in current (b).
After the grouting material reaches the film removal time, the equipment can be installed. For the specific time, please refer to the relationship table between film removal and curing time and ambient temperature.
After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, if there is any part that needs to be removed, it can be gently removed with a spatula or shovel tool 3 hours after the grouting is completed, that is, before the grouting layer hardens.
. The vibration of the running machine must not be transmitted to the equipment foundation. The machine should be shut down for an hour after the second grouting to avoid damaging the unhardened grouting layer.
